By day, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Coach, and by night, I'm a supportive wife, stepmom, and craft enthusiast. Five years ago, a transformative decision led me to a 130lb weight loss journey, resigning from my Clinical Director position, and launching my private practice.
